Prepare annual estimates – which includes projects and programmes, policies and broad objectives of government during the year.

Prepare supplementary budget estimates

03. Resource Allocation

Resource allocation through the preparation of medium-term expenditure framework (MTEF)

Conduct research – on various aspects of state interest, public policies and to ensure implementation of findings

05. Monitoring and Control

Monitor and control economic planning matters (development plans, infrastructural plans etc)

06. Technical Assistance

Provide technical assistance through coordination of intervention programmes, aid matters and liaising with Federal Government Agencies and Development Partners.

07. Economic Summit

Organize economic summit – this is done in order to chart a developmental course for the state

08. Data Management

Data management – through a centralized one stop data collection centre for the state.
